How can we help?

Start with one goal and one deadline. A description, purpose, tag, forfeit or quantity target is optional. Goals are private until you share them. Personal goals can be shared with selected people; collaborative goals use one shared result, while competitive goals give each participant their own result and ranking.

FolloThrough records completion and forfeits on your honour. It never collects money or enforces a forfeit.

A live account is needed to sync goals and share them. Sign in with Apple, Google, or your email address and the one-time link or code sent to your inbox. There is no password to remember.

You can also choose Explore the demo on the welcome screen. Its sample people and goals stay on your device, and demo mode cannot send invitations. If an email code does not arrive, check spam, check the address, then request a fresh email before contacting us.

There is no public feed or goal search. Only you, the people you explicitly share with and participants in the relevant group goal can see a goal. The owner can change the audience from Manage sharing on the goal.

From Circle, choose Invite someone and send an email or text invitation. If you allow contact access, the address book stays on your device and only the person you choose is sent. Invitations expire after seven days. Pending invitations can be revoked from You → Sent invitations.

Free includes personal goals, deadlines, individual sharing, receiving notes and joining goals you are invited to. FolloThrough More adds reusable groups, collaborative and competitive group goals, sending cheers and notes, and quantity tracking.

UK pricing is £3.99 a month or £38.99 a year, with a 14-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Local price and trial eligibility are confirmed at checkout. When More ends, existing goals are not deleted and remain finishable; you cannot start new paid actions.

Open You → Manage my plan, then Manage subscription. That opens the provider you purchased from. Apple and Google handle their own refunds; for a web purchase, email us. Cancelling stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period.

If More is not showing after payment, open Manage my plan to force a fresh status check. If it still shows Free, email us with the purchase receipt or provider reference. Do not purchase again.

FolloThrough is invite-only and has no public discovery, but shared goals and notes must still follow the community rules in our terms. The current app does not yet have an in-app report or block control. Email [email protected] with the subject Safety report, identify the account or content, and include screenshots if it is safe to do so. Reports involving threats, abuse or safety are prioritised.

You can remove a person from your circle. If you are in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service rather than relying on FolloThrough support.

Open You → Delete account, read the warning, then choose Permanently delete my account. It is immediate and cannot be undone. Deletion does not cancel a store or web subscription, so manage renewal first if you want to stop future charges. The deletion guide explains the exact scope.

Product analytics are off until you enable Anonymous product analytics under You → Your preferences. Crash reporting is separate and runs whenever Sentry is configured, with account, request, breadcrumb, extra and error-message content removed. Read the privacy policy for full details.
